Pricing:

Initial consultation: starting at $135 - includes on site meeting, a follow up report with general recommendations, and landscape design estimate (if necessary).

Landscape plan: $450 minimum fee, priced on an time and materials basis. Typically, our designers will provide a draft plan based on the initial consultation, meet with client to discuss draft plan, and finalize the landscape plan. Plans are delivered in digital form as PDF. Print plan options available.

Existing property plans, surveys and/or blueprints are very helpful to create accurate estimates and reduce design costs.
